I’m taking it back to basics. After several years of training like a 20-year-old leading to injury, operation, recovery, injury – repeat I’ve decided maybe I’m doing it all wrong.
It’s going to be a long journey – at least one year for the basics – the driving goal (10 are listed on the Why page) is to win (not get my arse kicked – win) at least one more competitive Judo contest.
Time to see what this clapped out 47 years old body of mine can cope with.
