Gymnastic Bodies Fundamental – Block 2 – another group of stretches to show just how shot-to-hell the muscles I don’t put under tension are.
Some of the exercises have novel and somewhat humorous names, “Frog and Stiff Bear” – very stiff in my case.
The most annoying realisation is that even holding a stretch under a very minimal tension is damn painful – it’s not like I’m really going for it.
Lesson 11 was a review and I did notice that some of the exercises did not seem as painful – a small gain.
