Gymnastic Bodies has stretch series at $85 each: Front Split, Thoracic Bridge and Middle Split – All amazingly touch, although my seven-year-old daughter has no problem with the thoracic bridge – it still looks very tough to me.

I’m doing the Front Split – no particular rational other than it seemed like a good one to start with and, without knowing any different, I reckon it might be the easiest.

The split courses, assuming they are all the same, are different from the other series in that there is no progression. It’s just a 45-minute work out which you complete once a week and over the course of a year you will become more supple as a result. Put in the time and make the gains.
