I started the Gymnastic Bodies handstand course on 7 March, I am now up to level 5 of 26 – still some way to go but great progress to date.

One milestone for me was completing the forearm headstand for multiple sets of 1 minute. It took many attempts do even one for 12 seconds. As you can see in the photo there is a crash mat behind me for the numerous times I fell over backwards.

However, once the ability to relax and balance correctly clicks it goes from very hard to surprisingly easy very quickly. Amazing stuff.
